The Paris Field Study and Internship Program

Session Dates:

Spring 2010: January 18 - May 21
Fall 2010: August 23 - December 22
Spring 2011: January 17 - May 20

Semester calendar: 5 week intensive term + 1 week vacation + 12 week internship

Application Deadlines:

For Spring 2010: November 1, 2009
For Fall 2010: May 1, 2010
For Spring 2011: November 1, 2010

Graduating Seniors applying for the Fall may postmark applications June 1st

Program fees: (N.B.: all prices are in euros)

 Students enrolled as undergraduates at a number of IFE partner institutions continue to pay home tuition for all programs abroad, including IFE, a mechanism that in most cases permits students to apply student aid to overseas education;
 For students who pay program fees directly, as well as for independent candidates, program fees for the Major Program amount to € 6,950. (Some need-based financial aid is available, mainly for students who would be unable to assume the difference between the cost of semester on their home campus and a semester at IFE.)
 The cost of housing depends upon the choice of housing.Total costs for the entire period of the program are:
Student residences without meals: 2100 €-2500 €
Student residences with partial meal plans: 2500 €-2800 €
Homestays without meals: 2100 €-2300 €
Homestays with some meals: 2400 €-2800 €
